Job Summary
Leading a team of material planners, the full-time remote Supply Chain Manager will oversee inventory management, improve planning discipline, and ensure product availability while balancing customer service and working capital across the Animal Safety business.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and developing a team of material planners to enhance supply planning and inventory management
- Overseeing analysis of forecast projections and inventory requirements to minimize backorders and excess inventory
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with business priorities and resolve supply chain disruptions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, material planning, or inventory management
- 2+ years of experience in people leadership or team management
- Experience with ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems
- Proven ability to analyze demand and inventory data to support business decisions
