Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager, the full-time remote position will manage supply and inventory planning for the Marketplace channel, primarily focusing on Amazon, to ensure optimal inventory levels and support sales and promotional activities.
Key responsibilities
- Own supply and inventory planning for Blueland's Marketplace channel, ensuring appropriate inventory positioning
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable production and inventory deployment plans
- Monitor inventory levels and develop allocation strategies to maintain service levels while balancing working capital objectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of direct Amazon supply chain, inventory planning, or replenishment experience
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, or related fields, preferably within CPG or a fast-growing omnichannel brand
- Experience working with contract manufacturers to manage production schedules and inventory requirements
- Strong understanding of inventory management concepts and ability to identify supply risks
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel; experience with NetSuite preferred
