Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operational support for key supply chain systems, the full-time remote Supply Chain Manager will oversee SAP order management, logistics, and distribution processes while ensuring consistent service delivery and timely resolution of operational issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of operational support for SAP order management, logistics, and related applications
• Monitor and support logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely issue resolution and process continuity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues, system discrepancies, and process exceptions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or related fields within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP platforms, particularly S/4HANA, and supply chain systems
• Strong understanding of Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain processes, including logistics management and distribution operations
• Knowledge of GxP compliance requirements and validation processes in pharmaceutical operations
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment with a focus on operational efficiency
