Job Summary
Offering a full-time opportunity, the Supply Chain & Operations Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) will immerse participants in a 24-month development program featuring two 12-month assignments across various Supply Chain functions, including Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in diverse and challenging assignments across multiple Supply Chain functions to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience
- Engage in formal training, strategic projects, and networking opportunities to develop essential skills for a successful career in Supply Chain & Operations
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Executives and navigate high-visibility assignments that enhance career growth and business impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business/Ag Business, Economics, Food Science, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field
- Graduation date in December 2026 or May 2027
- Demonstrated leadership experience in academic or industry-related clubs
- Willingness to relocate and travel as needed
