Supply Chain Planning Director

Job Summary

Leading the development of enterprise supply chain planning, the full-time salaried Supply Chain Planning Director will manage demand, supply, inventory planning, and S&OP processes in a remote capacity, partnering with various departments to enhance operational performance and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning across demand, supply, inventory, and MRP, establishing clear processes and governance
• Advance S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes, aligning operational plans with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in planning effectiveness and organizational capability through analytics and performance measures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, particularly in Supply Chain Planning and related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience leading supply chain planning teams in a complex, multi-location organization
• Deep practical knowledge of supply chain planning principles, including forecasting and inventory management
• Experience leading or contributing to S&OP processes that connect commercial, operational, and financial perspectives
