Supply Chain Planning Lead
Job Summary
Leading the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Management and Supply Planning, the full-time Supply Chain Planning Lead will manage planning processes, define governance frameworks, and ensure compliance with federal requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration of demand management and supply planning processes, including forecast methods and sourcing rules
- Design the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cadence and align operational plans with financial forecasts
- Establish planning data requirements and ensure data readiness for effective supply chain decisions
Required qualifications
- US citizen, eligible to obtain a US Government security clearance
- 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle supply chain planning solutions, including two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
- Hands-on experience in designing demand management, supply planning, and S&OP processes
- Experience with planning hierarchies, forecast models, and capacity constraints
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and controlled-data access requirements in planning processes
