Job Summary
Passionate about transforming data and market insights into actionable strategies, the fully remote Supply Chain Planning Lead will manage demand forecasting for assigned Sales Units across North America, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast accuracy and drive business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the demand forecast, analyzing historical data and market trends to develop accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to align on demand plans and communicate risks and opportunities
- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes to resolve demand and supply imbalances
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, B2B, or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of demand planning methodologies and processes
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Effective communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
