Job Summary
To support critical missions, the full-time remote Supply Chain Planning Specialist will manage material availability for production, prioritize inventory needs, and utilize MRP systems to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production and manage inventory levels
- Utilize MRP to analyze demand and supply, identify shortages, and update procurement plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain issues and meet production schedules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a PhD with 4 years; additional experience may substitute for degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
- Demonstrated experience with MRP systems and advanced ERP functions
- Advanced data analytics skills, including dashboard creation and complex reporting
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
