Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Supply Chain Procurement Specialist Level 1 or 2 will source and procure goods and services, analyze supplier proposals, and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services from multiple suppliers while analyzing pricing proposals
• Evaluate supplier quality and monitor their ability to meet delivery schedules in collaboration with internal teams
• Issue purchase orders and manage their performance, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience (4 years for Level 1; 6 years for Level 2)
• Experience with Excel and reporting
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level clearance
