Supply Chain Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end coordination of vendor-direct material shipments, the full-time remote Supply Chain Program Manager will manage project delivery schedules, oversee inbound receiving, and lead shipping communication with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow to project sites.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project delivery schedules with Project Managers to align material flow with site needs
- Oversee inbound receiving processes, including white glove and customer-managed deliveries
- Monitor and respond to schedule changes, addressing logistics issues proactively to maintain project timelines
Required qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or project coordination, preferably in construction or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of inbound logistics, freight operations, and 3PL management
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders, including vendors and project teams
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach to managing inbound activities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
