Supply Chain Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the execution of purchase orders from creation to receipt, the full-time remote Supply Chain Specialist will manage supplier relationships, maintain inventory accuracy, and proactively identify risks to ensure product availability as the company scales.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day purchase order execution, ensuring timely production, shipment, and receipt
- Coordinate with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs to manage confirmations, delays, and decisions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and escalate potential risks with recommended actions
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or logistics
- Experience in a fast-paced CPG or physical-product business is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Proficiency in using AI tools for operational tasks
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
