Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary

To support hardware operations and customer fulfillment, the full-time remote Supply Chain Specialist will manage supplier performance, procurement activities, and inventory planning while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, requiring occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external suppliers to coordinate procurement activities and delivery schedules
• Monitor supplier performance against key metrics and support supplier scorecards and performance reviews
• Coordinate procurement of hardware components and manage material availability to minimize shortages and excess inventory

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or supplier management in a technology or hardware manufacturing environment
• Experience managing supplier performance and sourcing activities
• Working knowledge of new product introduction processes and inventory planning
• Ability to evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate commercial terms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
