Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist

Job Summary

To support critical missions, the remote Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist will manage the sourcing and procurement of specialized goods and services, oversee subcontract management, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and procure specialized goods and services while managing supplier contracts
• Develop subcontract specifications and prepare Request for Proposal packages
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field with relevant experience (2+ years for Level 2, 5+ years for Level 3) or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong knowledge of cradle to grave subcontract administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• Experience with FAR provisions and GSC policies is preferred
