Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist

Job Summary

To support critical missions, the full-time remote Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist will manage the sourcing and procurement of specialized goods and services, oversee subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and procure specialized goods and services while managing supplier contractual agreements
• Develop subcontract specifications and prepare Request for Proposal packages, analyzing and negotiating subcontract provisions
• Evaluate supplier quality and reliability, and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in supply chain, government contracting, or related work -OR- Master's Degree and 6+ years of experience
• Experience with FAR provisions and GSC policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of cradle to grave subcontract administration and experience preparing subcontractor RFP packages
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (US Citizenship Required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
