Job Summary
To support critical missions, the remote Supply Chain Subcontracts Specialist - Level 4 or 5 will provide subcontracting process guidance, coordinate community meetings, and train junior personnel while managing supplier and subcontractor relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in subcontracting processes and compliance to teams across the Division
- Coordinate and lead Division Subcontracts Community of Excellence meetings and training sessions
- Manage internal and external audits, including responses to information requests, while supporting proposal and subcontract execution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field with relevant experience (8+ years for Level 4, 12+ years for Level 5) or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in Subcontracts, Procurement, or Contracts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite for this position
