Job Summary
Supporting the Supply Partnerships team, the full-time remote Supply Operations Associate will manage performance tracking, conduct platform testing, and troubleshoot issues related to SSPs and PMP deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day performance tracking across SSPs and PMP deals, leading root-cause analysis for underperformance
- Support PMP audits by identifying stale deals and preparing data for renegotiation
- Coordinate custom PMP setups with media owner partners, translating campaign needs into deal specifications
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in ad tech or programmatic environments (SSP, DSP, publisher, or agency side)
- Working knowledge of PMPs, deal IDs, and supply path concepts
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills with an emphasis on data accuracy
- Professional communication skills for external partner interactions
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple partners and follow-ups simultaneously
