Supply Planning Lead
Job Summary
To support effective supply chain operations, the full-time remote Supply Planning Lead will manage the coordination and governance of Long-Term Manufacturing Agreement planning activities, optimize inventory, and ensure service levels are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end coordination of Long-Term Manufacturing Agreement planning activities, serving as the main link between CoMan and the company's supply chain
- Drive continuous improvement in supply planning by developing reporting and analytical tools to enhance visibility and operational performance
- Manage supply and production planning to balance supply, service, and inventory while addressing capacity issues proactively
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a business-related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain roles
- Leadership experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Chain Development, or related functions
- Experience with SAP S&OP is a plus
