Supply Planning Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Supply Planners, the full-time Supply Planning Manager will oversee Finished Goods Supply Planning for the Specialty Brands business, ensuring effective supply planning, capacity management, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supply Planners to execute standardized planning processes and achieve service and inventory targets
• Manage supply and inventory planning activities, balancing customer service levels with cost objectives
• Coordinate short- and long-term capacity planning efforts with internal manufacturing and external partners to mitigate supply risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience, including Supply Planning and Manufacturing
• 2-3 years of leadership experience managing planning teams preferred
• Experience with supply planning activities across internal and external networks preferred
• Proficiency in SAP APO, SAP IBP, or similar planning systems preferred
