Job Summary
Designing and maintaining vendor-supplied software systems, the full-time Supply Systems Analyst will develop reports for Supply Chain, support integration across various systems, and provide ongoing maintenance while telecommuting during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison with the operations community to ensure system software responsiveness and provides technical assistance to users
- Designs and implements medium complexity system solutions while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
- Collaborates with vendors and colleagues to analyze problems and propose solutions that meet business and technical needs
Required qualifications
- Experience with ERP and inventory management systems
- Proficiency in third-party reporting software tools
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Experience in system configuration and change control standards
- Technical background in software lifecycle management
