Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sure Start Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new franchisees through onboarding and training on software, brand standards, and customer service processes
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on operational systems, providing support and training to franchisees
• Ensure accurate documentation for business startups and assist in data management and training event execution

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of relevant business, industry, or system experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Basic understanding of project management fundamentals
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously
• Collaborative mindset when working with internal and external customers
