Job Summary

Coordinating and managing patient procedures, the full-time Surgery Scheduler will schedule surgeries, handle patient registrations, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Schedules patient procedures, surgeries, and necessary equipment or resources
• Manages the patient procedures from notification until just before the procedure
• Completes audits of scheduled procedures to ensure accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience required
• Preferred: 2-5 years of relevant experience
