Surgical Sales Representative

Job Summary

To promote Allergan Medical plastic surgery products, the full-time Hospital Surgical Representative will manage sales targets, conduct product evaluations, and develop relationships with healthcare professionals in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed ongoing sales targets while promoting targeted products to accounts
• Conduct product in-servicing and evaluations to convert prospective customers
• Increase account penetration by securing orders for Allergan Tissue Matrices for new surgical procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of Surgical or Specialty Sales experience required
• Prior experience with General, Plastic, and/or Colorectal Surgery areas preferred
• Demonstrated sales experience leading to customer conversions through servicing and evaluations
• Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and operating room etiquette
