Survey Assistant

Job Summary

To support the Survey of Doctorate Recipients project, the part-time hourly Survey Assistant will conduct telephone and online research, respond to inquiries from sample members, and assist with data collection and project tasks, with the flexibility to work remotely or at the Chicago office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and online research to obtain contact information for sampled individuals
• Respond to technical support requests and questions from sample members regarding the research study
• Document and track incoming requests and conduct quality checks on survey data

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma; some college-level coursework preferred
• Experience with online research and data analysis
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in project teams on multiple tasks
• Effective interpersonal communication skills across various platforms
