Sustainability Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of sustainability strategies, the full-time Associate Sustainability Manager will leverage data to develop tools for cross-functional collaboration, ensure compliance with reporting requirements, and maintain sustainability tracking assets in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate, analyze, and leverage sustainability data for regulatory compliance and customer requests
• Maintain and update sustainability KPI tracking tools and dashboards for internal reporting
• Collaborate with teams to integrate sustainability into product commercialization and customer-facing content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product management, project management, sustainability, or compliance
• Experience working across functions to execute business initiatives
• Proficiency in managing complex data and reporting requirements
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
