Job Summary
Leading a transformative initiative in AI-driven digital products, the full-time salaried SVP of Technology will shape strategy across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and QA while working remotely and reporting directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the Product and Technology strategy aligned to business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, Data, QA, and Design to build and scale AI-enabled products
- Establish a high-performance operating model that balances innovation, quality, and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Strong executive leadership experience in Product, Engineering, and Technology functions
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs within technology-driven businesses
- Commercial experience in building or deploying AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, modern software engineering, and data platforms
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, or data-intensive technology environments is highly beneficial
