SWOPS Lead & Configuration Manager
Job Summary
Leading operational support functions, the full-time SWOPS Lead & Configuration Manager will manage deployment pipelines, maintain software configuration integrity, and ensure the reliability and security of development and production environments in a hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily SWOPS operations and coordinate workload management while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Oversee the provisioning and lifecycle management of development, testing, staging, and production environments
- Design and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment processes and operational tooling
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive hands-on experience managing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Strong expertise with Git and repository governance within GitHub Enterprise and Bitbucket
- Experience managing infrastructure within AWS cloud environments
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Software Operations, Configuration Management, or related disciplines, including 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity
