System Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a System Administrator / Portfolio Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer portfolio tools such as WAVE, Shibumi, or Planview
- Oversee user management, configuration, and reporting functionalities
- Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, providing consultative support and training
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tooling Administrator or similar system management role
- Hands-on experience with WAVE, Shibumi, or similar portfolio/project management tools
- Strong Excel skills with financial data handling
- Experience with user configuration, access management, and system reporting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in both technical and non-technical roles
