Job Summary
To support travel operations, the full-time remote System Administrator will manage business-critical systems, including Azure Virtual Desktop, endpoint management, and patching, while collaborating with application owners and cross-functional IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop host pools and optimize user profiles
- Oversee endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for various devices
- Manage workstation patching lifecycle and troubleshoot travel platform API integrations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in systems administration and endpoint management at the enterprise level
- Hands-on administration of Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience with Microsoft Intune
- Working knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and RESTful APIs
