Job Summary
To support the Applications team, the full-time remote System Analyst will develop and maintain electronic files, manage service requests, and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure seamless implementations and renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal and external file interfaces and associated systems/applications
- Create and enhance SQL queries for data integration and cleansing
- Manage and prioritize open service requests for existing products and services
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and C#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
