System Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time System Engineer will maintain and troubleshoot computer, server, and network infrastructure while providing advanced technical support and exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer, server, and network infrastructure across client environments
- Provide advanced technical support and exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues, fulfill service requests, and implement technical solutions
Required qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer, preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) environment, or a degree in computer science
- Proficient in troubleshooting desktop systems up to Windows 11 and server systems up to Windows Server 2025
- Experience managing Office 365 products and supporting Google G Suite and/or Microsoft Exchange
- Strong networking skills, including experience with firewalls, switches, VPNs, and server hardware/software
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
