System Engineer, Platform Operations
Job Summary
To support the implementation and administration of HaloPSA, the full-time System Engineer, Platform Operations will serve as the technical subject matter expert, guiding the team through platform management, process improvements, and automation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HaloPSA, overseeing complex platform administration and strategic enhancements
- Lead the HaloPSA implementation from migration through go-live, ensuring a smooth transition from ConnectWise
- Design dashboards and operational metrics to improve visibility and business value while developing documentation to support consistent platform usage
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, platform administration, or infrastructure operations in an MSP or technical services environment
- Hands-on experience administering a PSA or ticketing platform, including workflows and automation
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration, including enterprise applications and identity integrations
- Strong PowerShell or similar scripting experience for automating platform operations
- Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and operational analytics
