System Management Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried System Management Analyst will lead major incident command, implement system monitoring solutions, and design complex configuration changes to ensure system stability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead major incident command, triage, and cross-team coordination
• Implement and improve system monitoring, logging, and alert mechanisms
• Design, build, and validate complex configuration changes end-to-end

Required qualifications

• HS Diploma required
• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis, configuration, or enterprise operations
• 3 years of experience with SQL/data analysis skills and understanding of cross-system dependencies
• 1 year of experience leveraging AI or automation tools within the software delivery lifecycle
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
