System Migration Analyst
Job Summary
Providing remote installation and configuration support, the full-time System Migration Analyst will manage upgrades and projects for automation and software products while collaborating with internal teams and onsite technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Execute remote installation and upgrade procedures for scheduled projects
- Collaborate with onsite technicians and internal resources to ensure project completion and system testing
- Communicate project status and relevant information to internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or up to 3 years equivalent work experience in Business or Information Technology
- Experience with deploying OVA files, VMs, and VMware environments
- Proficiency in MS Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of LAN2LAN, modem, EDI, SFTP, SQL, and systems security
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and processes based on business needs
