System Support Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a critical government system, the hybrid System Support Analyst will provide client-side application support, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to system monitoring and troubleshooting from Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the development team
- Collaborate with team members to monitor system performance, analyze issues, and document resolutions
- Assist users with Tier II support, troubleshooting system issues and questions as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree and at least 2 years of experience in system support
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and troubleshooting capabilities
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and networking concepts
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Ability to obtain the required government Public Trust security clearance
