System Technologist
Job Summary
To support the public safety sector, the full-time System Technologist will upgrade customer servers, migrate legacy databases, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional technical support, working remotely or offsite across various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Upgrade customer servers with the latest software releases and migrate legacy databases into new structures
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues while ensuring delivery on contracted service level agreements
- Collaborate with team members and other internal teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or technical business analysis
- Experience with Windows and Linux servers, including basic Linux command line navigation
- Familiarity with SQL, specifically PostgreSQL schema structures
- Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
