Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Systems Administrator will manage the health, security, and connectivity of enterprise platforms, including AWS and Salesforce, while addressing both immediate support needs and long-term infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage enterprise SaaS applications, ensuring proper identity and access management
• Oversee AWS infrastructure, maintaining system security, monitoring, and backups
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations between software platforms, automating workflows and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems administration or IT operations with ownership of production systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS and enterprise SaaS applications, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks
• Solid understanding of API architecture and security fundamentals in cloud environments
