Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical support in a full-time capacity, the Systems Administrator will manage desktop, server, networking, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring security best practices are upheld, with opportunities for remote work based on business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and support client infrastructure environments, addressing escalated issues and ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Systems Technicians, enhancing team capabilities and knowledge sharing
• Develop and contribute to documentation and process improvements to enhance service desk efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, and cloud platforms
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and Teams
• At least one intermediate certification preferred, such as CompTIA Network+ or AZ-104
• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
