Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing IT service delivery team, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator will administer and support desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure environments while maintaining security best practices and providing advanced technical support both remotely and onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve complex technical issues as the primary escalation resource for the Systems Technician team
• Administer and support client infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and cloud technologies, while ensuring adherence to security best practices
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff, contributing to training materials and knowledge documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, and cloud platforms
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and Teams
• At least one intermediate certification preferred, such as CompTIA Network+ or AZ-104
• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
