Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing IT service delivery team, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator will manage and support desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure environments while ensuring security best practices are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ticketing and provide advanced technical support for infrastructure and end-user technologies
• Administer and troubleshoot client environments, including Microsoft 365 and cloud services
• Mentor and train Systems Technicians, contributing to documentation and operational best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, and cloud platforms
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and Teams
• At least one intermediate certification, such as CompTIA Network+ or AZ-104, preferred
• Experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
