Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing managed services environment, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator will administer and support desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure, while providing advanced technical support and exceptional customer service both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve complex technical issues, serving as the primary escalation resource for the Systems Technician team
• Administer and support client infrastructure environments, including servers, workstations, and cloud technologies
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technical staff, contributing to training and documentation efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, and cloud platforms
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and Teams
• At least one intermediate certification, such as CompTIA Network+ or AZ-104, is preferred
• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or multi-client IT environment is preferred
