Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support Climate First Bank's technology environment, the remote Systems Administrator will manage on-premises and cloud-based systems, oversee user access and lifecycle provisioning, and strengthen operational controls while serving as a technical escalation point for complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Administer critical systems, ensuring uptime, performance reliability, and lifecycle management through monitoring and maintenance
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory expectations
• Develop and maintain system documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support upgrades and integrations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering, preferably in financial services
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, SaaS platforms, and secure configuration practices
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD, group policy, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience leading or participating in technical initiatives is preferred
