Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing IT service delivery team, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator will administer and support desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure environments, while providing advanced technical support and exceptional customer service both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage ticket resolution for administrator-level issues, serving as the primary escalation resource for the Systems Technician team
• Provide advanced support for end-user, server, networking, and cloud technologies, ensuring adherence to security best practices
• Mentor and train Systems Technicians, contributing to the development of training materials and knowledge base documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, and cloud platforms
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and SharePoint
• At least one intermediate certification preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+)
• Experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
