Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical support and managing client infrastructure, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator will administer desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments while ensuring security best practices, with responsibilities performed both onsite and remotely as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve escalated technical issues, serving as the primary escalation resource for the Systems Technician team
• Administer and support client infrastructure environments, including servers, workstations, and cloud technologies
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Systems Technicians, contributing to training materials and knowledge base documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, and cloud platforms
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and Teams
• Experience mentoring junior technical staff and contributing to operational best practices
• At least one intermediate certification preferred, such as CompTIA Security+ or CCNA
