Job Summary
To support the security of client environments, the full-time remote Systems Administrator will manage patching processes, troubleshoot issues, and create documentation while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement patching schedules and configurations based on customer requirements
- Troubleshoot patching issues and perform patch maintenance, including onboarding and approvals
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding patch configurations and maintain documentation for processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or equivalent work experience and certifications
- 5+ years of workstation and server support experience
- Understanding of Microsoft Operating systems and installation methods
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune
- Willingness to train, learn, and educate others
