Systems Administrator V

Job Summary

To support the Pathology/Genetics team, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, oversee application-specific issues, and drive incident and problem management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts and oversees business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to policies and developing work plans to meet organizational goals
• Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system problems and communicates with users to prioritize customer requirements and drive continuous improvement
• Plans and performs complex system configurations while managing the stability and performance of enterprise systems

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations, or equivalent work experience
