Job Summary
To support the Pathology and Genetics department, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, drive incident and problem management processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application-specific issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects and ensure adherence to policies while managing resources to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system and application issues
- Monitor and maintain the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems through complex systems analysis
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, along with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
