Job Summary

Driving incident and problem management processes, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will oversee complex system configurations, resolve application-specific issues, and manage enterprise system performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts business-specific projects, applying deep expertise to solve complex problems and influence project task completion
• Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system and application issues, ensuring timely delivery of sustainable solutions
• Monitors and manages the stability and performance of enterprise systems, performing complex systems analysis and documentation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience totaling eight (8) years in IT or operations
