Systems Administrator V
Job Summary
To support the Pathology and Genetics team, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, oversee application support, and drive incident management processes to resolve escalated issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts business-specific projects by applying expertise, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to policies
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system problems and provides application-oriented administration and support
- Monitors and improves system stability, availability, and performance through complex systems analysis and documentation
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
