Systems Administrator V

Job Summary

Driving the incident and problem management process, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will oversee complex application support, manage system configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in the Pathology and Genetics domain.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees business-specific projects and ensures adherence to policies while coordinating resources to achieve organizational goals
• Collaborates with technical teams to diagnose and resolve system problems, ensuring stability and performance of enterprise systems
• Communicates with users and suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and escalates unresolved issues to management

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
• Five (5) years of system administration experience
