Systems Administrator V

Job Summary

To support the Pathology and Genetics team, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, oversee application support, and drive incident and problem management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts business-specific projects, applying deep expertise to solve complex problems and influence project completion
• Collaborates with technical leaders to resolve system and application-specific issues while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Monitors and manages the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems, performing complex systems analysis to identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum eight (8) years of working experience in IT or operations
